What Would You Do??

So what would you do if you were an escort in a tourist city and when you call to get the information of a client, the girl who booked the call says the room number then says the first and last name of a person you know from your home state? I’m not talking about John Smith, nor something as extreme as Mach Klichenstiener …

This happened to me recently. I pulled into the Sahara hotel and the phone girl told me the name of a friend of mine from my home state. I paused… I could totally see this person visiting Las Vegas for a convention and getting the hair brained idea of calling a girl over. I called the room first to see what the guy sounded like since I can judge by the voice alone, but no one answered. I kind of froze because I knew I had to go knock on the door since the services are pretty strict on once you know the room information, they want you to go up to see if they are physically in the room.  I go upstairs, with my heart beating and knock on the door. Luckily no one still answered and she informed me the client was seriously drunk. Ah good. Luckily I have never run into someone I know from back home, but I have had other similar names come up but were really generic and thought nothing of it. So… if you were in my shoes, what would you do if you recognized a name?

That’s a tough call. Probably would have done as you did and hoped for the best.

    Uhh … hometown discount?

Have phone girl ask them where they are visiting from? Of course, they could of moved, more than likely if you are from a small town. But could be useful information. Or have her say, ‘I don’t recognize your accent’. A guy would probably response similar to: “well, I grew up in Omaha but moved to New York, so it’s kind of a strange mix”.

“I knew I had to go knock on the door since the services are pretty strict on once you know the room information, they want you to go up to see if they are physically in the room.”

Why not call the service and tell them the truth? “Look, I think this person is somebody I knew from way back when. Please send somebody else.” I cannot imagine that they want the client — who is probably already nervous about using a service — to be weirded out by the girl who shows up at his door.

Then again, maybe the people who run the services just wouldn’t care. I wouldn’t know.

Situations like that make me glad I do my own screening and scheduling. 😉

But I’d have probably called the service back and explained the situation as Inkstained Wretch mentioned.

I like C’s suggestion.. that’s why I had called the room too, but usually when people don’t answer the phone they don’t end up answering the door so that made me feel better heh.

Yeah, if there was no answer that WOULD be a toughie. Short of surveillance there is probably not much to do. So just plan what do if it was him and if he recognizes you. Depending how long you’ve been out of highschool, do you think you would be recognizable? I’ve been out for about 15 years and doubt that I would recognize or even remember anyone I went to school with.

If you did recognize eachother, don’t panic, have a frank conservation about yourself and ask him not to say anything. Most guys would probably wouldn’t. It would be a two way street.

A few months ago I was hanging out at Hard Rock’s center bar. A girl sat down and propositioned me, I declined. So, I bought her a drink and chatted for a while. She was telling me she was laid off her job a few months before and how she envied her friend who just got a job, and was telling me all about her and her new job. I looked her in the eyes and said ‘Jane Doe?’, her eyes got HUGE. The friend she was talking about was my new assistant. ‘Oh my god, you’re C!, OMG, you’re C!’. Yup. She was very shocked, needless to say. By her reaction, I don’t think Jane knows what she does. Did I tell Jane? No. Why would I? There are some things to gossip about and some thing you just too heavy.

Correction to last sentence: There are somethings to gossip about, and then there are other things that are just too heavy…

Well i guess i would have gone through with it.

I mean what is he going to say back home. “I met xyz, she is a hooker in Vegas now” … i mean questions would follow … so i guess he would enjoy the fuck, talk about the stupid high school teacher and then shut up about it.

at least that is what i would do if i was the client.
