What To Do And Not Do When Greeting An Escort

Tuesday, August 11th, 2009

So you did it! You finally got the courage up and called one of those cards on the Strip a site from the Internet and decided that the fee sounded good and you told the girl or agency to send you someone.  A lot of people are nervous when they have to meet a girl and don’t know what to do or how to act. People are especially worried when the hotel they are staying at requires the guest to have someone pick them up downstairs and show a room key.  Hopefully I can give some good pointers on how you should and should NOT greet your date.

Sometimes when I meet with people downstairs their manners make me cringe and want to hide in a hole. By way of examples, some things you shouldn’t do:

Don’t greet your girl with a handshake

This sounds so obvious but so so many times when I find the guy who I am meeting he sticks out his hand to shake mine. I have to do a polite grabbing of the hand and pulling him close for a hug because I am supposed to “know” this person not just meeting them and going straight upstairs.  It looks so obvious and makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable.   What should you do? Go to the girl and maybe give a small hug, or say, “Hi how are you? Did you have fun tonight?” or something else that makes it seem like we know each other.

Don’t ask the girl in a loud boisterous voice, “Are you so-and so!?”

It’s okay to make sure you have the right girl, but keep your voice down and be a little more discreet. Also don’t introduce yourself as, “Hi, I’m John it’s so nice to meet you” for the same reasons as above.  Save the introductions for in the room behind closed doors. There will be plenty of time getting to know each other once you get upstairs.

Don’t ever ever bring up money downstairs

Another one that should be obvious but happens a lot –  If you are confused on fees and such, just take the time and ask the girl in private once you are upstairs your room. This will save a lot of embarrassment for both you and the girl.

If you don’t like the girl don’t make a big scene about it downstairs

If you asked for a tall hot blonde and the agency was foolish by sending you a short Hispanic girl, for example, don’t make a scene about it (especially in front of security at the elevators). Either take a walk with her and explain in a low voice you were looking for a different type of girl or politely take her upstairs and explain. By taking her upstairs you can explain what you want more clearly, and if you feel so inclined, giving her gas/taxi money would be polite as well. Girls just go where they were told to go by the phone girls and usually have no idea what request you gave to the agency, so don’t take it out on the escort. She is usually just as confused or upset as you are, as her time has been wasted too… just like yours has.

One thing you definitely should do:

Give the girl on the phone (when you must get them downstairs) a good description of what you look like and get a good description of the girl.. maybe even change clothes so you don’t look like everyone else wearing a black shirt and jeans. This makes it easy for both parties to meet in a timely manner, reduces any confusion, and most importantly helps keep everything very discreet and professional.

I hope this helps some people when getting a girl in Vegas from an agency or the Internet. It’s okay if you don’t know how things work but understanding these pointers helps a lot so no one feels embarrassed!

8 am And Still Waiting For Calls

Tuesday, January 15th, 2008

I took a little vacation (didn’t I just take one?) Well the first one was more of a vacation to see family and such but this one was for fun and time with friends. Had a blast though I missed the CES convention (150,000 people attend) and the AVN (porn) convention. The second one doesn’t increase much business on my end but I think it gets the computer geeks at the CES convention riled up and eager to call a girl to come over. I came home on the tail end of it and had an okay night when I got back though it was mostly due to a regular. Since then it has been dead, seriously dead, and tonight was okay at first then a bunch of bull crap calls. I hate it when it seems like the people who enjoy to play games come into town.. they seem to travel in bunches.

So here I am awake at 8 am since a girl who answers the phone at a service said the phones were ringing and may have something soon. I hope so because the last 12 hours have been lame. Pictures to come soon I promise!

Keeping It In The Family II

Thursday, January 3rd, 2008

I posted a blog around June of last year on my wordpress blog about a girl that showed up on a call who seemed to have her family waiting for her at the end of the hall when we left. The day after getting back from Christmas vacation I had quite the experience that involved a family.
The call was at Treasure Island in the late afternoon. I knock, a younger guy opens the door, and as I walk in a see a very large older man sitting on the bed. He starts talking to me informing me that the entertainment is for his son and he has never done “it” before. What a considerate Dad! After verifying that he wasn’t a minor and collected the agency fee we started talking about tips. They are a well to do family from Mexico and had no problem with paying my average tip but had to get the cash from his wife. Ooookay… the kid goes and returns within 5 minutes with cash which is oddly quick. Before the Dad left he just says “do whatever you do for that amount” (which I like hearing more than some forceful order of what I have to do). I entertain the kid and I get dressed to go. The kid gets dressed and walks out with me to the elevators.
Here’s the weird part: Sitting on a bench in the elevator area is the Father and two women. One who looks like could be his wife and the other who looks old enough to be the kids grandmother! Both of them had the most lifeless emotion on their face and I just stood there waiting for an elevator to arrive… which seemed like forever. I couldn’t think of anything but “hi there… I just blew your son and/or grandson! Have a nice day!” Wow is all I have to say. If it was just the Dad and son I wouldn’t have been surprised…

Question #2 That People Repeatedly Ask Me Repeatedly

Thursday, November 15th, 2007

So I recently made a post about questions that people ask me constantly. Tisk tisk to me for not writing the follow up post!

“Why don’t you work for yourself… why work with an agency?”

This is actually a pretty good question because I have other girls from online or that I meet in Vegas who wonder the same. Not just customers ask me this question. First I point out that I do work for myself and have online ads, plus when you go as a girl from an agency you are asking for your tips independently from the company. The agency can’t tell you what you can or can not charge or do with a client. I could ask for $3,000 and give him 15 minutes of lap dances… of course I would never do that, but they can’t tell you what to do. If I solicit illegal acts I do that at my own risk and solely responsible for myself.

Anyway, the main reason is I don’t want to deal with being kicked out of casinos, run the higher risk of being arrested, and just don’t want to be so paranoid about making money by working bars and such. The girls who answer the phone at the agencies are (usually) good at their job and filtering out all of the cheap/rude/not serious clients. Also, I can’t really run my own business without advertising of course, and advertising costs lots of money just to stand out in Las Vegas. Then you have to hire someone to answer those calls and of course, there is a special business license you must obtain to even have a business like that.

Yes it sucks to collect a fee before discussing my money and yes it stinks to have to tip approximately 20% to the phone girls, but then again I don’t have to risk myself as much but trolling the casino floors for customers and I can goof off while I wait for calls to hotels. One day I might open my own agency, but in the mean time I’ll work for other companies.

I’ll post more questions in the future! Gotta make a good list of them .. I know there a lot

A Las Vegas Celebrity Siting At Harrah’s

Saturday, November 10th, 2007

Yea whoopdee doo for Harrah’s Las Vegas. I don’t like going into the hotel after 9 or 10 because the security they have checking keys at the elevators pretend that the hotel is nicer than the Wynn and Bellagio put together… the place is a joke. None the less I like to keep away to avoid these low-life security guards and I would get in trouble if they decided to run my ID.

So I get a call around 8 or so to go to Harrah’s and I accept it. I go upstairs and hear someone fumbling as I knock on the door. The door flies open and I see this beaming face back and almost instantly recognize his face from somewhere I can’t place on television or a movie. The whole time I couldn’t think of where or what exactly he was on but that really didn’t matter. I treat whoever the customer is like everyone else (well… unless they are seriously rude). I collect the agency fee, perform my little safety checks, and decide to ask him what his budget looks like. He says an amount that is only slightly above the fee. “What a bummer”, I think. I quote what I normally start at and such and he says he really can’t go get more money than whatever he has in his pocket. We agree and he understands he doesn’t get more than minimal entertainment (aka, dances and a hand job for the finale).

We get started and I can tell he is only delaying with a back massage because he is trying to delay from getting too excited. Ah well I can’t turn down a shoulder rub! Things didn’t last much longer after then but that is pretty typical with me and my Astroglide. :)

So who was it? I don’t like disclosing that but I had to figure out who it was when I left the room. It all clicked when I looked at IMDB.com… he was in a Showtime series and he is definitely not gay if he calls female escorts in Las Vegas over.

Question #1 That People Repeatedly Ask Me Repeatedly (harhar)

Tuesday, November 6th, 2007

“Do you have a lot of violent calls?”

Actually no. I very very rarely have a call where someone gets physical or gets seriously pissed that security has to get involved. I am not one to screw people over or lie about some fee that an agency has me collect before I negotiate my own pricing. Why risk my own safety for money that I am not even receiving? I am very forward and blunt when it comes to stating, “this is an agency fee and is non refundable”. What is more plain and forward than that? Humans only like to listen when they want to listen, and don’t want to believe that indeed the fee gets no sexual acts what so ever.

Well until this week did I have a record of two calls in a row that had me in a bad situation (the second one was not a big deal like the first, but it was stressful dealing with two big drunken New Yorkers who were pissed for no reason). The first guys were not very fluent in English and very fluent in border-town-Mexico Spanish. One guy spoke English quite well though and translated well from what I understood in my knowledge of Spanish. Fee was collected all three of the girls (myself included) did a strip show. Once we realized they didn’t want to tip AND wanted sex, we had to leave. One girl somehow darted out leaving us 2 behind (very improper etiquette for girls) and left us in the room with angry Mexicans demanding their money back. One guy was pushing me and pulling the other girls hair while saying he “respects us”. Right. I get a hold of my driver (who thankfully was there even though it was an off night of the week) and he waits downstairs by the elevators to escort me out. By this time the guy is holding us hostage in the room demanding the money back even though we inform him the girl who left has it. My driver hears the situation while still on the phone and tells security we need an escort out of the room that we are being held up in. Luckily they finally come up and handled the situation nicely by telling the guys that they are committing a felony of kidnapping and are lucky that we are not pressing charges. The whole time the guy is saying in a heavy accent, “I’m from my coantrey and I respect”. They inform them again how escort services here work and they pay a fee to get girls to the room and you have to tip. In the end the head of security of the hotel gives me his card and says, “if you ever have another problem just give me a call.” Wow I am shocked.

The fear of working here in hotels/casinos and getting in a situation like that is how security will help you out of a room but then turn right around and trespass you from the property or as we say, “86-ed”, even if the guy gets his money back. After then you are permanently barred from the casino and can be arrested if you violate that order. Its ridiculous but its how it goes here… so this reaction by a security person was quite out of the norm.

I will write about my next most popular repetitive question in the next installment which is probably what people will want to ask me after reading this entry, “Why do you work for agencies?”
