I thought about including that after I posted. When more foreign customers are in town the rate goes way up (like during Thanksgiving for example... mostly international clients). I think for Americans its 10% uncut and 90% cut. As far as Europeans, Asian, and Middle Eastern the rate jumps up significantly to 70% UNcut and 30% cut.
